Project Weight Loss

Project Weight Loss is a 12 week programme aimed at male & female participants who wish to lose weight and improve their health. To get on the programme you need to have a BMI over 25, be over 18 years of age and complete the standard application form that is available at Reception at Skibbereen Sports and Fitness Centre or download from
It includes 2 sessions per week and each session will be tailored to your capabilities. Body Assessments, Weight Checks and Fitness Assessments are also measured during the twelve weeks.
